LODGING HELP!

REGISTRATION for LODGING and MEALS at THE MOUNTAIN
 (You can copy this and print it for reference)

The Mountain has requested that we utilize their "register online system."  The system was designed for campers so please bear with the process.You will need to create a user name and password which will also allow you to register and pay for future programs quickly.

1. You will be asked to create a user name and password. Write it down somewhere in case you want to access the site at some other time or to add a companion.

2. Next you will be asked to enter basic information plus your birth date. Any birth date is fine so long as you are over 18 years old. If you are registering anyone younger than 18, please enter their correct birth date. 

3. When you see a page about programs, click RETREAT. Then choose "Qollasuyu Gathering" from the list.

4. There will be a page for selection of Lodging:
   a. Lodge rooms are motel like.The Lodge has 12 rooms---10 rooms have 2 twin  beds each, 2 rooms have 3 twin beds each. Each room has its own bathroom w/shower, a desk,chair, closet/shelf area. The Lodge is 2 floors, with 6 rooms on each floor
off of a central corridor.

    b. Family Cabins: 1, 2, 3, 4: 2 bedroom Cabins with central living area between the bedrooms. Each cabin has 2 bathrooms w/showers. Each bedroom has 2 twin beds, the living area has 2 sets of bunkbeds, sofa, table, chairs. Each cabin has its own porch. (Maximum occupancy in each = 4 people using only twin beds, 8 people using all bunk beds-upper and lower bunks).
    c. Duplex: Cabins 8, 9, 10, 11, 12: Each duplex cabin is divided into two separate living sections called the A and B sides. The two spaces share a porch. Each side has 2 twin beds/1 bathroom w/shower. (Maximum occupancy in each= 4 people in twin beds)
    d. Bunkhouses: Cabins 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20: Each bunkhouse cabin has a small inner bedroom which has 2 twin beds.The large outer room has 4 sets of bunkbeds. The cabin has 1 bathroom w/shower and a double sink area in the large outer room. Each cabin has its own porch.  (Maximum occupancy in each = 2 people using only twin beds, 10 people using all bunks-including upper and lower bunks)

The lodging selection preferences will be filled on a first come basis since we will end up using three different options for the size of your group, so if you have a strong preference you will be better off registering soon.

5. The amount $190 will appear on a page. This is the basic lodging and meals fee.  ALERT! There will be a page listing lodging choices. GO TO THE NEXT PAGE unless  you want a single room or extended stay.

6. Next fill out various preferences.

7. Be sure to download directions and what to bring for The Mountain.


To Register for TWO:
  Although the rooms are double occupancy, you will go through the steps for yourself as the first participant, and then (if you are traveling with someone else) enter your partner’s information as the second participant on your registration (the system is designed for individuals registering rather than couples/families).  At the end of the registration you will see the summary with you and your companions listed as the participants with the $190 charge for each for a total of $380, which includes registration and currently there is no tax.
